This offering uses Alejandro Junger's Clean Program as the framework.  After more than a decade of leading clients through this program, I have modified it to make it easier + more accessible to everyone. The Grateful Gut includes 21 days of clean eating with an emphasis on allowing your gut an opportunity to rest, digest, detox + repair.  I don't simply guide you through the program. I ALWAYS complete the program with you, so we're in it together!  I provide you with a shopping list, a program outline, recipes, daily videos, a private group where you connect with peers, ask questions and engage in an open and inviting community of like-minded people.  I take out the guess work for you and provide you with clear, concise directions day-by-day so you don't have to wonder what to eat or worry that you're 'not doing it right.'  I've got you ever step of the way!
